The resort has a stunning aesthetic and clean, comfortable rooms, making for a pleasant stay. However, the service was inconsistent with many staff interactions lacking warmth, and the dining experiences were hit or miss. The pool area was overcrowded with children during my visit, detracting from a relaxing experience. Overall, while there were some enjoyable aspects, the lack of attention to hotel guests led to disappointment.
